Rollie Pollie
Yesterday Natalie learned to roll from belly to back! She rolled from back to belly at three months, which is a little early. I had her on her play mat yesterday, she rolled on her belly, I went to the kitchen, five seconds later I come back and she's on her back again. I questioned if she was actually on her belly when I walked away but then she did this once more without me looking and then she rolled right over in front of me. I told my sister (who has her on Fridays) that she finally learned to do this and she said, "I didn't want to tell you, but she did it a lot when she was with me." She obviously didn't want me to feel like I missed out on a first. I was happy to have confirmation of her rolling though. Then today she rolled from back to belly, belly to back, back to belly and repeat. I feel proud of her learning to do this. That just goes to show what a fast learner she is. Not long ago I posted how she wasn't anywhere near doing this and then a week later and she seems to be mastering it. It seemed so sudden. She started sort of turning from belly to her side but I thought it'd be another month before she got the whole shabang down. Can you imagine how proud of her I'm going to be when she actually does something exciting? I know your eyes are glazing over right now so I'll stop ranting and go to bed.

You totally deserve to gush over your baby and all her milestones!! I think that's sweet your sister kept her rolling to herself, our sitter has done the same thing b/c she doesn't want to ruin our excitement.
Aww. Go Natalie!! It's exciting when they learn something new. :)
Isn't it exciting to see them hit all the milestones??!!! Go Natalie!
It's so awesome when they hit these milestones!!!
Lol... This makes me smile. You go little Natalie! She's be walking before ya know it mama!
Rolling over, the first step, the first tooth, the first word, the millionth word...doesn't really matter...I'm proud of every new, funny, happy, sweet moment. So "rant" on my friend, because I can totally relate to needing a little corner of the web to brag about the awesomeness that are our children. <3
