First Mothers Day

I was pregnant last Mothers Day, so Matt bought me flowers and a card but that's nothing compared to this Mothers Day. It wasn't anything over the top, just a nice relaxed weekend spent with my two favorite people. We started the day off with an early lunch with Matt's parents at Olive Garden. Then we went home, took a little nap and went for a long drive. Matt gave me a keepsake picture frame so he wanted to do a little photo shoot with me and Natalie. We decided to go to the location where we got married, given they weren't hosting a wedding that day. It was fun and I never knew Matt was such a good photographer. Then we went back home for some more family time. We finished the evening off with an awesome dinner that Matt cooked. It was a great day and I felt spoiled.

New bathrobe. "Natalie's" gift to me.

I love her silly smile
Kinda distant, but I like this one.

Not really sure what that facial expression is.

My favorite!

Steak, crab legs, loaded baked potato and the mandatory glass of wine. In case you don't know what all that is.

OMGosh that robe... Natty's Ma... Soooo cute! Good Lord woman.. where do you always get such cute dresses from. I love them all! Greg made the comment that I never wear them anymore, I always used to... you've inspired me to wear a cute dress for my man tonight. You did your good deed for the day, w/out even knowing it. Lol)

I won't look as cute as you, but I'll give it a go. Glad you had such a lovely Mama's Day Sean! You so deserve it! XOXO

P/S that was super sweet that he took you back to where you got married... ok I'm going to shut my lid now.) Byeee.

I got a robe for mother's day too! Great minds think alike again! We really should meet each other sometime, for real!! Anyway...the funny thing is is the pictures you saw on my blog that's only a little piece of the back yard. It is a really big back yard. It's my parents yard, and they love it. :) So you should be jealous of them, not me. Lol. Anyway...hope all is well. You are gorgeous and so is Natalie! Have a great rest of your week!

I'm glad you had a wondeful Mother's Day. I remember when you were pregnant last year, that was right around the time I started reading your blog. So, weird, this year went by way too fast. She's a beautiful baby and I love the name Natalie, it's one of my favorite girls names.

Happy belated Mother's Day!

What sweet gifts and you two look beautiful in those photos! And that dinner? Well, I think I need some crab legs now.

You just made me realize I didn't take any pics with my kids on Mother's Day. So lame, you'd think after 11 years of being a mom I'd remember these things.

I blame the kids.
