Cherry Blossoms and Laughter

Officially the gayest post title yet.

Monday evening Matt and I gave Natalie a bath. She gave me a big smile with her little fingers in her mouth and let out a laugh. I was reluctant at first to classify the noise as a laugh but then she did it again. It was the sweetest sound ever. Matt grabbed the video camera but of course she didn't do it again and hasn't done it since. I think there was something about the water that made her so happy. She absolutely loves baths and even just likes the sound of running water. It was the first time she's ever laughed and I just can't wait til she does it again!

Yesterday my sisters and I played tourist and headed into D.C. to see the Cherry Blossoms. It was so crowded and there really isn't much to do other than look at the trees and take pictures. I'm glad we went to see them though.

Other than that we have been taking walks every day. The weather has been way too nice to stay cooped up in the house.

Hey mama! Hahaa... love that little grin in the 2nd shot! Why do you live so far away... girl we would so be real life friends! Cherry blossoms in DC looks amazing. Your little Natalie is a doll face, just like her mama. Yes I said you are a doll... it's a good thing. Lol) Plus, your blue shirt is UBER adorable.

I LOVE to see the Cherry Blossoms. Tried convincing the hubs to go downtown, but he isn't in the mood for all the crowds! So beautiful down there.

Natalie is just as pretty as those blossoms! Gorgeous little baby.

Lol I loved the gay title! Those trees look so gorgeous. We are loving this weather as well! Your little gal looks so adorable all dressed up for her outing!

Chloe laughed once, then didn't do it again for about two months. Hopefully Natalie isn't as stubborn :p
Adorable photos, as always.

Those little giggles will just melt your heart! These babes know to stop dead in their tracks as soon as they see the cameras coming don't they? The pictures are gorgeous!

Such a cutie! I love it! I am glad you got to get out and have some fun with your sisters. I love the pictures. I loved with William laughed for the fist time! It's the best! Glad all is well. I have missed you!

I'm heading to DC on Saturday. OMG kill me - I know there will be too many people around and my personal space bubble will take a huge hit. EEK. Buuuttt, I've never seen the Cherry Blossoms before, and might as well check that off the list while I'm here :)

I can't even believe how much Natalie looks like you!! :)

Yay for laughing. Parenthood becomes a trillion times more fun when their personalities start to blossom (pun intended).

I have to say that I ADORE how neutral Natalie's eyebrows are. They just make her cute face just that much cuter!!!

And hooray for good weather. Holla!

Ohmigosh! So beautiful! I wish I could take my kids there. Hmm...maybe some time when we're visiting my parents in Philadelphia.

I am with kyna, I laughed out loud upon reading this. I love that little dress, and the cherry blossoms make for such a beautiful backdrop. It's so fun to take pictures of babies, they always look cute. I am so excited for you as you have so, so many firsts to look forward to.
