Mommy/Baby time

You know your life is pathetic when you blog about walking, but that's what we did today therefore that's what you'll hear about. It's been a very mild winter with the exception of a few days and today was so nice out that I couldn't pass it up, so me and baby went for our first walk alone as mother and daughter. We just waked through the park and  around the neighborhood but damn it felt good to get out of the house. Natalie is only a month old so she doesn't have strong reactions to things yet, but in my opinion she loved it. (In my opinion she also thinks I'm the most awesome mom ever, but that one I'm more sure of.)

First of all, it's not pathetic, it's your new mommy life :) I mean, you see some of the random things I post about, ha!
Leah had that same cute bear coat! Glad the weather was nice enough for you to go on a walk!

She is such a sweet heart! Your life is definitely not boring I think I could spend all day staring at that cute face :)

I wanted to go for a walk with baby so many times but we never bothered with a stroller since she was going to be born in the fall and I figured it would be too cold. We had SO many nice days that I regretted not getting one.
She is soo cute!

You're funny, and I am sure you're absolutely right about her feelings concerning you being the best.

I remember first saying to someone "my daughter", I wanted to say it over and over and over. I couldn't believe I was saying it. I remember going to Target and of course I had to bring it up to the checker. I couldn't believe I was someone's mom!

Love the picture of your daughter in that hood! Glad you got out and about, it can be so uplifting. I had both my babies in the spring and was so glad I could have the chance to go walking with them. Hope the weather stays mild so you can go some more :)

Your life isn't pathetic! It's just different. When she's bigger and you're working full-time, you will seriously miss mid-day walks. I'm glad it's warm enough that you can take her out. She's soooo precious! Enjoy her!!
