I Need Therapy.
Eleven weeks until ones wedding is enough reason to start getting nerve racked but add into the mix a long list of things to get done and you have a recipe for a jittery bride. I am going to admit that I have started to feel the pressure. No one has really urged me to get on the ball, which I do appreciate, but my sisters have now let me know there are things to get done and not much time left before the big day, which I may appreciate more. I can't seem to make a decision on anything. I had my sister purchase her bridesmaid dress which was a simple black one from Davids Bridal and now I am thinking I made the wrong choice (and feeling pretty awful about making her spend money on something I am unsure of, but I will buy if back from her if we don't use it)! I saw someone else post a picture of dress number one on their blog and I fell in love!My bridesmaids aren't six feet tall and five pounds light, so I don't know if that dress is a good option or not. Dress number two is alright but I am not sold. I am just altogether uncertain of any attire agreement and can't picture all this coming together. If I do go with a floral print dress then should I change the black suits and general color combo (black and green)? It's driving me even more insane!

It's hard to say, can you update to include a picture of the black BM dresses you have now? Black goes with everything so I think it's the safe option. Those dresses are really for a certain type of wedding look - spring, garden, romantic come to mind. With any wedding decision I think the key is not to be impulsive - think about it for a while and if you can't get your mind off of it, it's meant to be!
once you make a decision, look no more. a girl can drive herself crazy with all the options and change things down to the last second. With all that being said, you have 11 weeks, almost 3 months! Enjoy the time of being a bride too be, and make any changes you like- with 2 months left, stop the changes or you may just drive yourself insane!
I agree with the ladies above. Although all dresses are gorgeous, black is a safe bet and can be dressed up or dressed down. Try to step back and look at your wedding as a whole. If you already have colorful flowers and decor picked. Adding another pattern might make it too busy.
Plus a 6pm wedding calls for the glamour of a little black cocktail dress. I think you made the right choice.
You'll never please everyone and it's not her wedding. She's agreed to be a bridesmaid and most of the time that means wearing a dress someone else chooses. Don't give her a second thought.
New Follower ; ) If you want my opinion, the black dress is absolutely perfect and like you said completely generic and would look great on anybody!
Black for sure would suit anyone
So pretty! I can't wait :) We are really looking forward to it <3
This is going to beautiful! Looking forward to seeing pictures!
I love the floral dress! Not sure about the black with it because it is so light. Either works beautifully.
