Life's Hard Enough Without Someone Kicking You From Inside

In the past week I have begun to experience my first real pregnancy complaint. My body definitely feels the extra weight that I am carrying around. My thighs and back are so achy and the muscles right under my belly feel like they have a medicine ball sitting, kicking and rolling around right on top of them. They're sore constantly. It's getting harder and harder to do simple tasks like putting clothes on and getting up two hundred times a night to use the bathroom.  The good news is that I only have thirteen weeks left. The bad news is that within those thirteen weeks things will get progressively more uncomfortable. She is around two pounds now and about twelve inches long. I was ten pounds when I was born and probably around eighteen inches. I can't imagine how my organs and other body parts are going to feel!

At least you rock that bump like nobody's business, so looking good helps. :)

You have so many gorgeous pregnancy pics of yourself! I only have like a handful of me because I felt so insecure at the time. Now I wish I had taken more! Yay for an easy 13 more weeks!

I think it was around week 27 or 28 when I started to "feel" pregnancy too. That's because the dreaded 3rd trimester is upon you.

On the bright side, you look absolutely amazing. So glad you are taking so many pictures!

Well, at least you LOOK good, even if you don't feel good!

It's so unfair that pregnancy is so long, look at dogs! They are only pregnant for what, 2 months? Wouldn't it be nice if we could get pregnant and 2 months later have a perfect, new baby in our arms...

*hugs* You look great! I think it was around this time where I started feeling like a turtle on it's back when I had to get out of bed, I hated having to ask for help out of bed and stuff.

New Follower. :)

You're so close! The best advice I ever got when pg was to stay active. I forced myself when I needed to, but walking/yoga/shopping/etc. helped to keep my energy up for labor and beyond. And, you look great!

You are absolutely glowing and sooooo dang cute pregers(seriously BEAUTIFUL)! I can remember how you're feeling though. My answer was massages from the hubs, and ice cream! It really does help.

I love your photos, so lovely. Being uncomfortable just means you have more reasons not to do anything. I would probably spend my whole day reading.

Cam September 3, 2011 at 12:25 PM

I know exactly how you're feeling! I'm at that point of being incredibly uncomfortable as well. As soon as you deliver, you forget about all of this. It makes it all worth-while, but it's definitely not fun in the mean time. LOL
